This looks like it could be used for EP but I don't know much about actually fine-tuning the settings.
Has anyone out there done anything with OpenRPG? Anything for EP?

I've never tried OpenRPG, but I have tried Maptools. Maptools is very versatile, but some of the more technical parts are harder to learn and the more advanced features require some knowledge in coding. Standard rolling works well enough and the GM can easily place templates and write on screen easily if so desired.
