The Entelechy Network is a criminal network based out of the Carnival of the Goat. The Carnival is a traveling circus of hedonism, expression experimentation, and home to the first qbit-speed stock exchange in the system, tied directly to a qbit reservoir at every port on its route.
The eN runs the stock exchange and the festering pit of carnality the stock exchange feeds from. The business section of the Goat is policed with brutal efficiency, but the rest of the ship is considered a null-law zone. This environment lends itself to those certain enterprises which thrive in a chaotic and violent bath of power struggles and blood. It is also one of the favorite locations for Ultimates to test their new philosophical developments in a live environment. To handle the stress of living in such precarious times, the local life has moved into simulspaces further up the time-frequency, where they can wield the advantages of time scaling with the staying power of a community to protect themselves. There are a number of disturbing stories about life in the different frequency zones, sometimes as more than stories. There is one entity who has made their presence felt outside of the Carnival, a ruler known as Hummingbird from the Underlung of the Worldfish, a domain theorized to be floating up on some strange encryption off the frequency x23.
